What's the difference between handmade wig and machine-made wig? Ft MsCici Hair

Whenever there’s talk about Extensions or Wigs, are you confused by closure wig, frontal wig, full lace wig, T part wig?? So what is the difference between them or why choose one over the others? More importantly, what is the difference between them? Is this one better than the others?
You can see there are so many kinds of wigs, today let us just talk about the difference between a handmade wig and the machine-made wig.

What is a handmade wig?
The handmade wig has a widely known name - Full Lace Wig.

A full lace wig has no hair track sewn in, the whole wig cap is composed of several pieces of laces, the hair is crocheted on the lace, and has a full hairline around the head, so you can part the hair anywhere you like.
It is natural, soft, and comfortable, a perfect fit for the scalp.
But the price is the most expensive.

What is a half-handmade wig?
A half-handmade wig also named Lace Front Wig or Closure Wig, just has a piece of lace at the front that has hair crocheted, the other part is sewed in with the weave.

The lace zone is for natural looking, so if you like to let the hair down, you can choose a lace frontal wig or a closure wig; if you like to make a high ponytail, you have to buy a frontal wig
The price depends on how big the lace zone is.

What is a machine-made wig?
The machine-made wig is the cheapest wig, it has no lace at all, a totally glueless wig, no need to crochet hair on the lace, and it saves a lot of human work. It also has a lot of different types, the most popular types are full wig, Headband wig, U part wig, and V part wig.

The full wig usually has bangs to hide the hairline, it is the easiest to wear.

The headband wig has an elastic band to hold the wig on the head, it is also easy to wear, but needs something to hide the band. It has to show your own hairline out.

The U/V part wig has an open part at the wig front, need to clip in the weave on your head and leave some of your own hair out to make hair parting and hairline.

Which One Is Better?
Which is better? It depends on your needs. All of them will give you a full and flawless installation, and all of them allow you to braid and protect your natural hair, just some of the machine-made wigs need some of your natural hair out and show your real hairline.
The biggest differences between them are the cost and versatility.

MsCici Hair will post another blog to explain half-handmade wigs, see you then.
